XinLi owned two sets 1.5 tons furnace、two sets 1 ton furnace, and advanced automatic sand recycle system、hot box core shooting machine , mainly use Resin sand、Green sand、Precoated sand molding process, include Hunter automatic line molding、145 and 148 machine molding .The casting size can reach to 2 meters and the weight reach to 2 tons, 800 tons/month capacity . Testing equipment include: Sand property test equipment、Spectrum analyzer、High-frequency C/S analyzer、UT、Micro-structure analyzer. Machining equipment include CNC、CMM、CNC lathe、Horizontal boring and Milling machine、Vertical Lathe. Our main produce type is Pump&valve casting、Transmission gear box casting、Hydraulic casting、Engineering machinery castings、medical machine casring、motor part casting and textile machine casting etc, mainly for USA、Italy、UK、Germany、Japan market.
